Shipping Policy

We send your order via MONDIAL RELAY or LA POSTE services. Usually, deliveries are made within 10 to 20 working days of receipt of payment. Please note that due to the current circumstances caused by the coronavirus, there may be some delay in delivery.

Free delivery from €30.00

From €30.00 you pay no shipping costs from anywhere in the world. For orders below this amount, our shipping costs are €6.54. That is why it is worth placing a slightly larger order.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with our products and our service. All orders are carefully examined before shipment by colleagues with extensive professional experience, so that products sent from our company arrive in perfect condition.

If for any reason something is wrong, for example, a product arrives damaged or there is a problem with the shipment, you must report it to us within 48 working hours you can return it to us within 7 days after receiving the item.

Our customer service colleagues  will try to find the best and fastest solution through the most optimal procedure.

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. however, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, products of the piercing and earring type cannot benefit from this right of withdrawal, except in the event of a defective or damaged product, or in the event of a product error. our part.

Reasons for return

Returns are accepted if:​

  • The product is defective or damaged,

  • you received the wrong merchandise.

  • For reasons of hygiene and health protection, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the consumer code, piercings and earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please keep in mind that the products you have chosen yourself. Returns and refunds will only be accepted in the event of a defect, damage or incorrect shipment. Small irregularities in color, size, resolution or detail accuracy compared to the original presentation, are not grounds for return.

The customer has a period of one week to make his return, the date of postage being authentic. If the return period is not respected, madpiercing reserves the right to refuse the return.

If you want to exchange a  product you received defective, damaged, the shipment of the new exchanged product will not be charged to you.

Resend or refund?

You must return the item to our logistics center in Spain. We will refund the value of the returned item to you by the same means you used to pay for it.  

In the event of a withdrawal, the return costs will be at your expense and automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were offered.

Your refund will be effective after receipt of the item in the merchant's warehouses and after verification of its general condition.  

If the return is due to an anomaly noted on the defective or damaged product or a product error on our part, the costs of your initial shipment will be refunded

Additional information about your return

Please ensure when returning that:

  • the items have not been used,

  • that you have properly sealed the envelope and

  • that it is well closed, to avoid loss during transport.

The best thing to do is to send the items you wish to return in the original envelope.

Remember that we do not pay the return shipping costs.
